Behaviour Assessment & Advice Consultation (BAAC)
A 90 minute consultation (via Zoom or in your home) focused on understanding your pet's behaviour and creating positive change. Together, we'll identify the root causes of unwanted behaviours, put clear management strategies in place, and give you practical tools to build calmer, more consistent habits at home.
Who it's for:
- •Barking or lunging at people or dogs on walks (without aggression or injuries)
- •Trouble settling at home—always on the go, jumping, pulling, or pacing
- •Mild fear or uncertainty around new people or visitors
- •Toilet training struggles, especially in young or rescue dogs
- •Difficulty with listening, calming down, or learning everyday skills
- •Young dogs who are starting to show behaviours you want to get ahead of

Veterinary Behaviour Consultation (VBC)
If your pet's behaviour might be connected to their health or emotions, this is the best place to start. Along with everything included in a Behaviour Assessment, I'll look at whether medical issues could be playing a role, review any medications, and put together a clear treatment plan as needed. I'll also work closely with your regular vet and provide a detailed report, so you can feel confident that your pet's care is fully supported.
Important Restrictions:
Victoria only. Zoom VBC requires a valid veterinary referral; home visit VBC available within service regions/tiers.
Who it's for:
- •Anxiety, phobias, or panic-like episodes
- •Aggression that has resulted in injury or is escalating
- •Obsessive or compulsive behaviours (e.g. shadow chasing, self-injury)
- •Unusual or sudden behaviour changes that may be health-related
- •Cases where your pet is already on behaviour medication
- •When your vet or trainer has recommended a behaviour vet

- Full clinical and non clinical behaviour assessment
- Medication review and prescription plan if appropriate
- Veterinary liaison report sent to your primary care vet

Training & Behaviour Modification Sessions
Most pets make the best progress with a structured block of half-hour sessions. After your consultation, I'll recommend the right bundle to suit your goals. Sessions can be used weekly or spaced out over time to adjust medication, build training skills, or troubleshoot challenges as they come up.
